STEENWIJK, The Netherlands. On February 10, 2002, Jelani Eddington brought to a successful conclusion a "whirlwind" concert tour in the Netherlands. This tour included four concerts across the country in a mere three days, including appearances at the:

• 3-manual 11-rank Compton Theatre Pipe Organ in the Concerten Gehoorzaal in Middleburg, Holland (February 9, 2002)

• 3-manual 11-rank Standaart Theatre Pipe Organ in the Theatre aan de Schie in Schiedam, Holland (February 10, 2002)

• 4-manual 29-rank Strunk Theatre Pipe Organ in "De Meenthe" in Steenwijk, Holland (February 10, 2002) (click here for specification)

In addition to his well-received solo performances in Voorburg and Steenwijk, Jelani also appeared with renowned pianist David Harris for two successful "dynamic duo" concerts in Middleburg and Schiedam.

This concert tour was the third tour Jelani has presented for the Netherlands Organ Federation (Nederlandse Orgel Federatie – the Dutch charitable organization responsible for the preservation and maintenance of theatre pipe organs in the Netherlands. Jelani made his Netherlands concert debut in April 1995 and returned for another successful tour in March 1998.
