Orders Shipped Within The United States and Canada
For orders shipped within the United States and Canada, we charge $3.00 for shipping and handling for the first three items ordered. Thereafter, we charge an additional $1.00 per item ordered up to 50 items. For orders larger than 50 items, please contact us directly for the best shipping rates.
Orders Shipped Outside The United States and Canada
For orders shipped outside the United States and Canada, we charge $5.00 for shipping and handling for the first three items ordered. Thereafter, we charge an additional $1.50 for each additional item ordered up to 50 items. For orders larger than 50 items, please contact us directly for the best shipping rates.
RETURN POLICY
We sincerely hope that you will enjoy listening to the albums in our catalog, and we are confident that you will find that our recordings are of the highest quality on the market. In the unlikely event that you should you encounter any problems with a recording, please be aware of our return policy.
For all unopened merchandise in its original shrink-wrapped packaging and in its original condition, we will gladly exchange your recording for one of equal value or lesser value. In the event that such a recording is exchanged for one of lesser value, any difference in price will be refunded. Additionally, unopened merchandise in its original packaging and condition is eligible for a complete refund.
For all merchandise that has been opened, we will happily replace that recording with another copy of the same recording. We regret that we are unable to exchange or provide a refund for any merchandise that has been opened.
